Do you provide International delivery?
As of right now, we do NOT ship internationally.
How long will it take for me to get my gown?
Your gown will take approximately 4 months to arrive. Please keep this in mind when submitting your order. We know this is a long time-but we assure you, it is worth it
How do I find the right fit?
There is a size chart for your convenience as well as proper measuring instruction. If you are not comfortable with this, we encourage you to seek out a seamstress or tailor. PLEASE DO NOT GUESS.
How do I track my order?
We ship via FedEx. A tracking number will always be emailed to you after you make a purchase. If there are any concerns, please let us know.
How can I contact your couriers?
Use your tracking number on their website to locate your purchase. It will show the current location, and/or if there are any delays.
What are your delivery options?
Your package comes giftwrapped as our special thank you! We hope it makes the process more special for you. If you prefer to not have this option, just let us know.
