Your accessory is a 4 week order process for quality assurance. It is also a strict 30 DAY RETURN. That's 30 calendar days from the DATE OF PURCHASE. We know there were so many beautiful things to choose from, and sometimes things just don't complete the picture the way we thought.
We will gladly assist you in every way possible to make sure you are happy, and confident with the finishing touches on your look! If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your accessory, simply repackage everything, apply the return label, and arrange for pick up.
Timing is everything!! Remember to pack it up and send it back AS SOON AS YOU'VE DECIDED YOU WON'T NEED IT. Items received after 30 days will be sent back as yours to keep. Items that appear to have been used, worn, or have been subjected to smoke or pets will be sent back as yours to keep.
